Which portable monitors do you recommend?

The FLEXSTA is compatible with any portable monitor weighing under 900 grams (2 lbs). However, we personally recommend the ASUS Zenscreen MB16ACE and the LG Gram + View. Both are high-quality, lightweight, and compact options that work seamlessly with the FLEXSTA.

What is the maximum height of the FLEXSTA?

The FLEXSTA stand extends up to 38 cm (15 inches) in height. When your monitor is attached, the top of the screen will sit approximately 10 cm (4 inches) higher, depending on the size of your monitor.

How heavy is the FLEXSTA?

The FLEXSTA stand weighs 250 grams (about 0.55 lbs), making it lightweight and easy to carry while still providing stability for your portable monitor.

How does the monitor attach to the FLEXSTA?

In the FLEXSTA package, you'll receive a metal plate that adheres to the back of your portable monitor. The stand uses a strong magnet to securely connect to the metal plate, allowing you to attach and detach your monitor with ease. This design makes it simple to set up or pack away your screen quickly and efficiently.

How much weight can the FLEXSTA hold?

The FLEXSTA stand is designed to support portable monitors that weigh 900 grams (2 lbs) or less.

For optimal performance and stability, we recommend verifying the weight of your monitor before use to ensure it’s within the supported limit.

Can you use your screen horizontally and vertically?

Yes, the FLEXSTA is designed to allow your monitor to be positioned both horizontally and vertically.

However, if your monitor has features on the back that block the metal plate attachment or if the base is too heavy, this functionality may not be possible. We recommend checking your monitor's compatibility before setup.

Do I have to pay import tax/VAT?

For customers in the UK, US, or Canada, no VAT is charged on your order.

For customers outside these regions, import duties, taxes, and charges may apply, which will be determined by your country's customs policies. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs regulations and import duties vary from country to country.
